Energy:

• To promote sufficient, reliable and low-cost electricity to 66% of Zambians through
  increasing generation capacity to 9000 MW by 2030.

Revenue Collection:

• By 2026, enhance efficient and equitable revenue collection across
  Government, resulting in a 1% increase in the Tax-to-GDP ratio.
